The prices within this website supersede all previous price lists. The law of England shall apply to this Agreement irrespective of the place of delivery.

Delivery Charges

All UK deliveries will incur a delivery charge of £7.45 per order for all orders, with the exception of local delivery which is priced at £4.50. If you would like a delivery cost for overseas please email us.

Delivery Times

Subject to stock availability, orders will be despatched within 72 hours & delivered on a guaranteed 48 hour service.

Value Added Tax

Please note that the prices shown are VAT inclusive (20%).

Duties and Taxes

Any duties or taxes payable on purchase of Sara Copeland Interiors products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).

Returns

If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect in any way, please return the item to us within 10 days and we will arrange for a complete refund or a replacement according to your own wishes. Should you wish to discuss any aspect of your order, please telephone us on 07889 228477 or email us at sara@saracopelandinteriors.com for an immediate response to your query. All claims for non delivery or other queries should be made to us within 21 working days from us receiving your order.

Guarantee

If you are not totally satisfied we offer a full 100% money back guarantee. The goods must be returned to Sara Copeland Interiors within 10 days in the condition they were received. Acceptance of these Terms will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any order.
